- O.Bachet & A. Cartier, 2020, expertise no. BC2003-55: Art Deco miniature 'triptyque' clock with folding dial, Cartier Paris, 1930. Particularity: these small 'triptyque' table clocks were made mostly for travel, opening the two doors revealing the full extent of a folding dial. The enamel décor of the models on a hardstone base with or without a hardstone top was mostly Oriental in inspiration. The popularity of this model enabled Cartier to produce the clocks into the early 1950s albeit without the enamel dècor and at times with a gold base. A second pair of doors in the back gives access to the movement. The mention 'Breveté' on the dial means the model was patented.
- Dial signed Cartier Breveté France, case signed Cadran Breveté Made in France, maker's mark (Viel-Robin & Co.), no. 28935. Movement signed Majestic Watch Co Swiss, no. 93888 - 28935.
