Payment Information
Items placed in your basket will be reserved for 10 minutes. We accept payment from MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or China Union Pay (if card has the Visa or MasterCard logo). Christie’s will only accept payment from a registered individual client or entity. For non-U.S. buyers, your credit card company will determine any exchange rates or other applicable international transaction charges. We are unable to support payment for a single lot using multiple credit cards. You may, however, use different credit cards to purchase different lots, through two separate checkouts.
If this is your first time purchasing with Christie’s, we will only ship your order to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address. We may request additional proof of identity to authorize a transaction.
Delivery and Collection
HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Please note that for guaranteed delivery to US addresses by December 24th, orders must be placed and payment cleared by Thursday, December 17th. For international deliveries, order must be placed and payment cleared by Monday, December 14th.
Christie’s will ship your order within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Please indicate your shipping preferences at check-out. Purchases cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.
Should you send someone to collect your purchase(s) on your behalf, please complete aLetter of Authorization and send it to us at jewelsonline@christies.com@christies.com prior to collection. Your representative must present a valid picture ID at the time of collection, such as a driver’s license or passport.
